The first branch of heat treatment mainly focuses on the heat treatment of hot work mold steel, cold work mold steel, and plastic molds and various products. Vacuum treatment mainly includes vacuum high-pressure gas quenching, vacuum oil quenching, vacuum solid solution, vacuum demagnetization, vacuum annealing, vacuum high-temperature refining, etc; Surface treatments include vacuum nitriding, gas nitriding, nitrogen oxidation, nitrocarburization, mold steam oxidation, and mold surface CBP strengthening treatment; Conventional treatments include protective atmosphere quenching, quenching and tempering, isothermal annealing, spheroidizing annealing, stress relieving annealing, and strengthening and toughening treatment; Salt bath non oxidation micro deformation quenching, local heating quenching, aluminum product T4/T6 treatment, etc.The second branch of heat treatment mainly focuses on salt bath and conventional heat treatment.
1、 SPECIFICATIONS AND MATERIALS OF HEAT-TREATABLE WORKPIECES
1、External dimensions ≤ 1500 × one thousand and five hundred × 2200mm sized workpieces vacuum high-pressure gas quenching, vacuum solid solution, vacuum quenching and tempering, and vacuum annealing;
2、Micro deformation vacuum gas quenching and tempering of thin plates with a length ≤ 2000mm;
3、External dimensions ≤ 3000 × one thousand and three hundred × 1000mm mold base, mold embryo, and product rough embryo that require medium temperature quenching treatment;
4、Demagnetization treatment of various electromagnetic pure iron and its products;
5、Heat treatment processing of non-ferrous metals, such as solid solution and aging treatment of titanium alloys, copper alloys, aluminum alloys and their products;
6、Heat treatment of imported and domestic mold materials (including hot work steel, cold work steel, and plastic mold steel);
7、Vacuum solid solution, demagnetization, and annealing of austenitic stainless steel products;
8、Vacuum heat treatment of imported and domestic high-speed steel;
9、Heat treatment of large cast iron materials.
2、HEAT TREATMENT PRODUCTION EQUIPMENT
The company continuously introduces internationally advanced heat treatment processing equipment to meet the higher requirements of customers for heat treatment. We currently have 1 large vacuum quenching furnace from Germany, 16 vacuum high-pressure gas quenching furnaces, 6 vacuum oil quenching furnaces, 2 380KW and 105KW car furnaces, 4 multi-purpose furnaces, 2 vacuum nitriding furnaces, 4 programmable gas nitriding furnaces, 20 box type resistance heating furnaces, 67 well type resistance heating furnaces, 2 vertical dedicated aluminum alloy T4/T6 processing furnaces, 2 75KW salt bath furnaces, and 1 mesh belt furnace.
3、DIE STEEL
Operating special mold steel with super intellectual property rights, including hot work steel including ultra-fine treatment H13, which is suitable for small and medium-sized mold steel and pot mold; High toughness, high temperature resistance, heat resistance, and fatigue resistance of high molybdenum and low silicon 8418 materials, as well as CL350-S hot working molds with excellent fatigue resistance of medium molybdenum and low silicon, are suitable for manufacturing medium to large die-casting molds. Cold working steel includes commonly used steel grades such as Cr12Mov and Cr12; Plastic molds include materials such as high-quality refined mirror mold steel 420 and 2083.
